Communications
For an outsourcing partnership to be successful there must be efficient communication. Waste Remedies assures our client/partners that we will respond to emails expressing their service related issues within 8 working hours. If our client does not receive a correspondence from Waste Remedies in this time period, we will pay our client $500/per occurrence.
Reporting
Timely and professional reports are critical to a successful outsourcing partnership. Waste Remedies will commit to having reports sent to your corporate representative by the 10th of the month. If reports are received late, Waste Remedies will pay our client $500/per occurrence.
Vendor Performance
We know our clients have high expectations for their haulers/recyclers. Waste Remedies holds these vendors to a high level of performance as well. In the event that a hauler needs to be replaced, Waste Remedies will submit our recommendations to you within 10 working days. If we do not meet this deadline, Waste Remedies will pay our client $500/per occurrence.
Customer Satisfaction
Ultimately, the success of Waste Remedies is determined by the satisfaction of our client/partners at both the corporate and the property level. On an annual basis, Waste Remedies will distribute a Customer Satisfaction Survey requesting feedback of our services. If a client indicates that Waste Remedies has not met their expectations, the client will be contacted by a Waste Remedies representative within 5 days of receiving the survey. Waste Remedies will pay our client $500/per occurrence if we do not contact "dissatisfied" personnel in 5 working days.
